I’ve below question, really hope to get a response from you:

I was offered a job in Jul 2026 with a title that says Marketing Operations Specialist. The job duties, however, are aligned with Business Systems Specialist NOC 21221 (it is listed in high wage occupations list)

Will having Marketing Operations Specialist job title alone can create an issue if I receive ITA thanks to additional points (November 3, 2026 changes)?

Title doesn't matter, your job duties do, but only if they are really aligned.

True, as long as your job duties on reference letter can be aligned broadly to the NOC you are good.

Have you tried to use the other NOC? IRCC is going to look very carefully at people who suddenly qualify for a new NOC especially if they previously claimed that the job was a different NOC.
