High Priority!!!!! Post Graduation September 15 intake

I completed my Bachelors of Management Studies from Mumbai University, waiting for my Semester 6 results. I have a offer confirmed at Humber college and seat is reserved for me. My results will be out in a few days but it will take time for the actual Marksheet. So can I apply for visa with a provisional certificate from the University that says I have passed? And I could provide the marksheet to Humber College or the Visa office as soon as I receive it. i cannot apply for my visa without that ??? :'( :-\

As far my my knowledge, i hope if u r abroad university has no problem with u r final marksheet and if seat is reserved for u immigration wont be a problem with u r provisional certificate and individual mark sheets.

my actual marksheet will take a month atleast. so I have to apply for visa ONLY ON PROVISIONAL CERTIFICATE. I was asking if that is possible or else I have to go for Jan intake which i want to avoid.
