I’m planing to apply online, me and my wife applications from current country Macao but I’m bit confusion about TRV (visit visa) form imm5257e column no. 9 country or territory where applying: same as current or territory of residence?

As you reside in Macau, your current country of residence is Macau (not Nepal)..... whereas it will be Nepal for your wife.

You would need to state the dates from when you began working/residing in Macau
