hello
on the OP25-A there is one sentence" work in excess of 30 hours per week over a shorter period cannot compensate for any shorter overall period of experience". is this mean in one week period any hours more than 30 hours will not count when doing the calculation?(e.g.40hours per week-30hours=10 hours, does the 10 hours count? )
any opinion will be appreciated.

Exactly

Yes. What it means is, no matter whether you work 30, 40, or 80 hours per week, you still have to work for one full year.

true.

only 30 hours per week will be counted as hours of experience for a year. we are lucky actually. reduced hours means less waiting time for eligibility.

good luck.
