i am yolanda from philippines my boyfriend have a problem about his situation there in canada he wanted to stay in the philippines with me but he has a problem about his police record, as far as i know he already file a provetion on that case he had ! that happened 10 yrs ago , can he apply visa to the philippines to stay here with me and get married ?
