Hi visitor visa

Hi can some one tell me how long take the prosses for a visitor visa,please.
I apply online from Cuba last September 7th on my account has been not any update since September 10 when I did my biometeic... and the processing times from Cuba is only going to take 12 days.. somebody knows if the process take more than the processing time says....thank you

It can take much longer that time is the time 80% of applications take.
