I got confirmation letter about my PR application from Citizenship & Immigration Canada 10 months ago. I made a call to CIC and I was told application is in processing. All information which I wrote for seeing my PR processing is correct, but I am not able to see the status of my application online. I don't know why. Did anybody live the same issue like this one?

So did you try to link your application to your MYCIC account ?

Yes, I did, but no any result.
