I am confused at a question that can i apply for " two or more education" or not.

I had done 10th by State board.

After doing 10th I had done Diploma in Engineering from State board of technical education 3 years.

After doing this diploma i had done Graduation in Engineering of 3 years. (By taking admission in 2nd).
(Total duration of Degree 3 years , as i got admission in 2 nd year directly. But the actual degree is for 4 years)

So now i want to know that am i eligible to apply under two or more qualifications or not?

Apply for the ECA, you will need to apply basis the Canadian equivalent of your qualification as indicated by the ECA you receive.

Since your Diploma after 10th is 3 years and then you did B.Tech, you will definitely get "Two or more" as ECA.

What is the university of your B.Tech?

University :- KUK University.

As i have reviewed that many people are saying that this education will be equivalent to Bachelor degree of 4 years by Canadian standard.

You will get "two or more certificates"

In your case, both WES and IQAS will share same results.

My father's name in Diploma and other certificate is Ashok Kumar.

But in Degree it is named as "ASHOK NAGPAL"

So is it going to impact my ECA process or not?

Will not, better get an affidavit.

Name format affidavit is enough. Visit a local notary for that. They know all the formats.
Send a copy to WES, just in case.
