Hi Dear.....
I have some query please help me
Actually I am also a applicant of 2007, civil engineer, but still my case is in process.
In the same time, my wife has just now completed one year work experince as Architect.
So my wife like to apply as Principal applicant but i ll be dependant in this time..
01-Could my wife apply for immigration , so there ll be no affect on my 2007 case ?
02-Could I submit my bank statement as Proof of Fund instead of my wife?
plz guide me regarding this issue? if any seniors could help then it ll be appreaciated......

01 : yes she can apply if she qualified/experiece under NOC list for this year & CAP available match for her experience as well as she get atleast total of 67points (minimum to qualify). no affect on your 2007 application.

02: POF accepted of your bank statement as well as your spouse statement , do not worry, but it should be meet below criteria:

4 $20,654
5 $23,425
6 $26,419
7 or more $29,414

Hi Gulshan,

Omm has given you the correct direction.....

I would just like to bring to your attention that when you ask help from members at least spell their names correctly.....

Here in Canada and also in US, some people make genuine and commendable efforts to pronounce the Asian names properly so that people do not get offended. Some Asian names are tongue twisters for them , yet they try. It just shows your sensitivity.............I hope you will take this in a positive manner and please do not misunderstand me :) .
