hi. My son is studying in Canada and we family members need to meet him. For apply visitor visa, is medical test is required. If medical test is required , can we get medical test prior to apply for visa or after submission of of application for Visa. what is ITA ?

Having a son studying in Canada does not guarantee that you will get a visa. You'll need to qualify like every other tourist.
