Who is the reporter you are talking about ??
Can you please let me know in detail if i am missing something ...documents to be sent with RQ form

1. tax assessments
2.lease or property tax docs.
3.bank statements + credit card statements
4. Are utility bills imp. because I called hydro one and they told me that they have only previous 2 years bills ??
5. car insurance
6.health records
7. cbsa report
8.employment records
9.should i send my child's school reports as well?

These should be good enough, Still send utility bills(Just send first page of each month) also if you use cell phone.
Yes please do send your kids school report, no harm in sending.
Tax/Ohip/CBSA/Lease most important and if you are/were working then T4's.
You will be good
