Hi I'm sponsoring my parents and I got $200 CAD less income in 2015, but I got money from the tips also I send the money to Korea.. If I explain this to CIC, will they submit the package?..
It is only $200 less.. I feel so sad..
2016, 2017 income is way over only the 2015.. is $200 less

No - this won't work. Your tax return has to show the minimum income amount. Your only option would be to re-do your 2015 tax return and declare the income you receive in tips. Of course the risks are that you are short on time and may not have your revised taxes ready soon enough - also this could trigger a CRA review of returns for other years.

Did you apply for 2018 PGP? Or are you planning to apply for 2019?

:( Thank you for your answer

I'm applying for 2019 so they need 2015, 2016, 2017 net incomes

Actually - we don't know that yet. It might be 2015, 2016 and 2016 - also possible it may be 2016, 2017 and 2018. My guess is that it will be the first.
