hi there,im a caregiver i just passed my pr and open work permit papers sept 28 and was processed nov.29.my question is my employer pays my tax on regular basis but missed paying for 2 months in the middle of 2009 coz shes so busy she thought she payed it. will it delay my papers or will it affect the processing time? thanks
