Hi I need help for my IMM5257 form

Hi everyone, please help me about my IMM 5257 form in the travel history section. I am a seafarer in a cruiseship we do not stay in the port for long hours the immigration is asking for the travel history for 5 years. I put all the countries and territories that we have been visit but we do not stay there for a long hours I just put the month and year on it but the immigration keeps on reverting my form. Any info, suggestion for my form? Thank you in advance
