I have a Canadian boyfriend and where now going to have a baby
But my status here in canada is still working permit
I am almost finish to the 24th moths what the im1 required to a caregiver to apply a PR here in canada but i am having problem to my employer
What i will do?

Your boyfriend can't sponsor you for PR until you are either married or officially common-law (so have lived together a minimum of 12 months at the same address).

Note that once your baby is born and if you live together you are automatically common-law for CRA tax purposes, but you must still meet the 12 months cohabitation time to qualify as common-law for immigration despite if you have baby together.

As I said, if you've lived together in the same home for at least 12 consecutive months, and have evidence to prove it (like joint lease agreement, mail going to same address, joint accounts, etc), then he can apply to sponsor you for PR as common-law partner.
