Hi dear forumers i have got the second package of CAIPS notes
if you could help me to decode it az well

the first CAIPS (one i,ve got on August 2009) said

PAPER FILE SENT TO GD FILE BF,D TO; ON 05-07-2009

the second one (Nov. 17 2009) says

PAPER FILE SENT TO GD FILE BF,D TO; B ON 15-10-2009

What B on the second one means ?
