Almost anything is possible.
However finding an employer who is willing to offer you a job and also willing to obtain an approved LMIA will be very difficult. To be approved for a work permit, you will then have to convince CIC that you have strong ties to your home country and have no plans on remaining in Canada long term. Again, this will be difficult to do given you only have temporary status in France and are away from your home country.
If you want to try, the first step is to find an employer in Canada who is willing to offer you a full time job.
