Check the course details , if the subject belong to yours previous studies and you can justify in your SOP about this , go for it unless don't take risk...

beware its not a relevant stream for u.coz mobile app dev is based on software based streams like IT and computer science and it does not have anything to do with electronics.
i prefer you for relevant course.dont trust me go and research on the subjects..still you wanna join prepare a strong SOP for your application .good luck
