Question: My story is as follows:

I arrived in Canada on May 2005 to study English. After that, I started working illegally.
Today, I have a Master Business License, and with it I can work here, I also have a G driver’s license, a car, a bank account, a credit card,
I'm a member of a Union 675 but I don’t have any immigration status and I really want to regularize my situation,
but i can’t find any “real” information on how to safely proceed in order to become legal.

Paying for an arranged marriage for immigration purposes is not something I would like to pursue. Is there anyone that can help me in any way?

Thank you

I don't see any way for you to legalize your status from within Canada. If you were in a genuine relationship with a Canadian, there would be options (although no guarantees). Paying for an arranged marriage would most likely just fast track your departure from Canada and give you a ban from re-entering on top of that.

A work permit is out of the question since you are out of status and it won't be approved. Same goes for a study permit.

Applying to immigrate could potentially be an option - except that pretty much all of Canada's immigration programs require work experience and your illegal work experience won't be counted.

The only way to "regularize" your status would be to leave Canada and then return.

Sorry - I really don't see an obvious way out of this.
