I am thinking to fly in April but don’t know how early I can go as my course starts in May.

1. Requirements change weekly so check the Visit to Canada website to get the latest information.
2. You want to come no more than 4 weeks before classes begin.
3. Passport, LOE, LOA, tuition payment, show that you are enrolled, vacinnation records.

You can carry as much as you want just make sure you declare anything over $10,000.
