Confusion_1: Can a person apply under Provincial Nominee Program without a credential assessment from CIC designated evaluation agency?

Confusion_2: If a person completes Post-Secondary Education and gains Paid Experience in the same time, can he claim points for both (education and experience)? e.g. A person completes his Master Degree through Distance Learning and gain 2 years paid work experience during his study, CIC designated evaluation agency gives him an equivalency of Master Degree. Can he claim 23 points for his Master Degree and 11 for Full Time work experience?

Confusion_3: Is Provincial Nominee Program a part of FSWP or it is a different program?

Thanks.

Each PNP has its own selection criteria. Specify in what province you're now or what PNP you're looking at.

FSWP is not related to PNP.

What is the requirement for British Columbia and Nova Scotia regarding above confusions?

newcanad,

BC PNP doesn't have point system. So the decision depends on PNP officer's opinion.

Your confusion is related to FSW only. Ask your question in Skilled Worker / Professional Immigration section.
