Hi,
You have got a good profile with a the requires IELTS score. Since, you 've above 70%, you can look for a Master degrees (in Engineering field) or MBA's (if you score high enough in GMAT and required work experience) at publicly funded Universities across Canada is a much much better option than studying MBA @ FDU.
In-fact, you can look forward to do PG course in your field at any of the colleges across Canada.
FDU is a pvt. university, where as per CIC, only 1 master's programme (MAS) it offers is recognized for Post Grad Work permit (PGWP).

It's even better to do a 14 months (or 16 months with foundation courses) MBA from lower level universities like VIU (no GMAT req.), which is a recognized publicly funded univ., where after completing MBA, you will get 3 years PGWP, than to do MBA at FDU.
In-fact if you pursue our Master's in engineering/ MBA from any of the 2 universities (UNIV. OF SASK. or UNIV. OF REGINA) in Sask. province, you can apply for direct PNP and then PR, even without a job offer!
(http://www.saskimmigrationcanada.ca/student) ---check Master's and PhD Graduate Stream.
Also, you can consider doing Master's in any of the universityies in Ontario province, where under International masters graduate stream you can apply for PNP, and then PR without a job offer!

Best of Luck.
