I am already in Canada and I submitted my PR application.I got a speed offensive for excessive driving ,I was going 100km in a 50km .I was summons to court and my vehicle was take away for 14 days and drivers license for 7 days .Will this affect my PR application?

I do not think it will. But driving 100 in a 50 zone is just plain dumb, stupid, dangerous and ignorant of our laws.
You got away too easy for my liking..
