Hello guys, I got a Passport request letter (IMM 5740) from CIC what is the mean for this letter? How many days it will take for Visa stamping and what happen next?

They request the passport to stamp the visa in that. They will return the passport to you in normally less than a week or 2 and after which you may travel to a Canadian port of entry and request the officer to enter in the country.
