I have another question .
I validated imm1344 twice but on a different day . The number at the bottom of the page are different. The problem is I need to use one page from another validated form which I validated next day . Can I do it even thou the validated numbers at the bottom of the page are different . But the form is the same .

Validate and print the whole form together. There is a reason why they've kept it that way and you don't wanna take any chances.

I live in Canada and I am sponsoring my spouse who is India . What’s the mailing address I would use . There are two different once . It’s so confusing!!

If you're using a courier (FedEx, DHL, etc), then use the 49 Dorchester St. address. If you're mailing the application by ordinary mail, you can use the PO Box.

I would recommend using the courier.

I flew back to Canada after 20 days of our wedding and now its only been two months for the wedding .we don’t share any bills or bank accounts or any insurance benefits as such . What should I provide as the” proof of relationship to sponsor “
Or even if I want to write the reason why I am not able to provide . What should write . Can someone help on this again pls

You should really consult a professional and pay to have a good file prepared. You seem quite lost in the whole process, and submitting a weak application can cause a year or more delay.
