Hey,

So i have applied on April 11th
Here is my timeline.
  1. We received your application for permanent residence on April 11, 2018.
  2. We started processing your application on June 26, 2018.
  3. We sent you medical instructions on May 28, 2018. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
  4. We sent you correspondence on June 5, 2018. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
  5. Medical results have been received.

Now its been almost 6 months that i have provided the medical and my file they are saying is in New Delhi,

My work permit is expiring on feb 2019

I don’t want to loose my job, I cannot apply for work vida as its outland application.
What do you think is best for me wait or apply in college to get a student permit?

I think they were mentioning about medical I submitted on june 24th and my lawyer didn’t mention anything after that if they have requested.
I called IRCC few weeks ago they said my file is in New Delhi.
