GUYS, I did not submit full information in schedule A, and I have to send it now so my application won't be rejected. WHERE CAN I SUBMIT THIS FORM??

Fill out the case specific enquiry form and it'll ask you to upload additional document attachment before sending. You'll receive an auto reply thereafter.

What did you forget to submit?

I submitted the info that I was rejected in the restoration status but did not mention rejection in the study permit.

Does this case enquire form work well?? It does not have glitch??

I've used it before.

Stay calm, submit it now but read it through before sending it.

So you had your visa rejected, applied for restoration but had that rejected?

You forgot to add the first rejection?

On the face of it it dies appear an easy mistake. The officer will guess you were rejected as you were applying for restoration anyway.

Send off the form and take a deep breath.

I was on my visitor visa when I decided to apply for a study permit. I got rejected while I was still in status but because of my immigration consultants I found about the rejection really late when my visitor record has expired. So I re-applied for a study permit and restoration of my visitor record. The assistant who handled my case forgot to pay the required fee. I left on time and they let me to re-entter the country 3 months later.

In my application I did not mention the rejection in the study permit. I only mention the rejection in the restoration status. I terrified they can consider it as misrepresentation.

Hi,

They do consider that people make mistakes.
In my case I forgot to mention that my wife was working (my entire file was ready to be submitted and was waiting on my PCC, meanwhile my wife started working which I forgot to change).
I realised that after two months. I immediately sent an explanatory enquiry and attached all documents to it. Change was acknowledged and there was no delay in overall processing time.

My case is different but just wanted to say that they do consider that people make mistakes.

All the best,
