So we have submitted our passports, and now in our 2nd week of waiting for our visas. I just found out that my son just consumed weed brownies when he was a party in his school. Will this affect our application sooner or later?

If he wasnt arrested or charged there shouldnt be a problem.

I've never heard of drug testing as a part of the immigration process, so yeah, unless criminality (arrested/convicted) then he should be ok.

Maybe have a chat with him that when it comes time to land, that bringing any amount of illicit drugs could jeopardize everything...
