If I need additional space to answer the questions on the sponsored applicant questionnaire do I attach a separate paper with the full answer and write see attached form in the box provided or do I fill that box and continue on the extra paper with what is left.

I actually did it both the methods you've mentioned - Can't remember which questions, or why I chose one way over the other - but it was accepted.. I think as long as you're clear in indicating the answer is attached or continued, they will get it.

To make it clearer, any question I needed extra space on, I wrote the whole,answer on the additional paper, and on the application, just wrote please see attached. Better to keep the answer all in one place.
