I am going to send in our application tomorrow morning. But do I have to get a commissioner of oath to certify our photocopies of all our ID's??

Foster said:I am a Canadian citizen and my husband is the American citizen. So I do not need to certify them then?
muffy1 said:I would say no because, again, I did not do that and I had no problem concerning that. Unless someone else had a different experience?

Foster said:Another question for you is....
For requested office I put Mississauga or Ottawa? My husband is here on an extended stay visitor visa.
Thaliada said:Where did you find that information? I don't think that's for you to choose. You send your application to
Courier address (no public drop-offs)
2 Robert Speck Parkway,
Suite 300
Mississauga, ON
L4Z 1H8
Fax: 905-803-7392
and then they will forward it to Ottawa. At least that's my understanding. My husband is an US citizen too and I am Canadian, so I am assuming our applications are similar. And around the same time submitted too!! Yey. Best of luck!!

Thaliada said:Me again. I found it on the website. It is CPP-O -> for "temporary lawful residents only". I think you should write CPP-O or CPP-Ottawa. Since you are sending it tomorrow, you can join the May spreadsheet

Foster said:That's what we are going to put is CPP-O. Question for ya so of course we are married and he is visiting do we have to fill out the common law union declaration form? No right? My frustration is also setting in now because numerous people tell me I am doing the application sigh....
