Help!!! Wrong Passport Number on COPR

Applicant from US.

Passport number in COPR has 1 digit wrong. However, the expiry date for copr is Feb 5th due to medical. Should I go to the border and ask CBSA to change or should I send passports & COPR back to Ottawa?

Any advice? Really appreciate.

If you're able to easily go to the border, you could ask them about it - maybe? Otherwise you need to submit a webform and ask IRCC for a correction to the COPR, which can take some time for them to review and process.

I called IRCC and the agent told me to land first. Then submit amendment later once get PR card. Not sure whether anyone in the forum had similar experience or not.
