I got an ITA 2 days back to apply for express entry under CEC. I am confused regarding my work experience question. I worked at a company in Canada from May 2016-May 2017(so I have one year) but switched jobs in May 2017. There are 2 sections - intended work in Canada and work history. The work history section showcases this, however, what do I put in the intended work in Canada (the position that gave me 1 year experience or my current position that is not a year). The questions under intended work are as below:-

1. Does xxx have a job offer in Canada?
The offer must:
- be for full-time and for at least one year
- meet different requirements depending on type of job (i.e. some need apprenticeships and certification) and
- be non-seasonal for Federal Skilled Workers.

2. Is this job offer for work that is:
full-time, continuous and for at least one year?

3. Has xxx been working full-time for the employer on their current work permit for at least one year?

I had initially put yes to all these questions as I do have a year experience but not sure if I should change these to say no as my current job has just been a month. I am assuming I can change these now as I still haven't received a document checklist.

Feedback will be super helpful. Thank you :)

Do you have job offer which you claim extra points? Or did you get LMIA?
Or you are just claiming points for the 1 year canadian work experience.
(I got LMIA from an employer who I am working for more than 1 year. I am on open work permit right now, so my answer is YES for 1. and 2. question, but NO for the 3. one. )

I am just trying to claim points for my 1 year Canadian experience ( the job did not give me a LMIA).

Then "NO" is the answer.
