Need help with the NOC Code...
My designation was HR Generalist back in my home country:
● Coordinate and conduct full-cycle recruitment activities, including developing job descriptions, posting job advertisements, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting interviews in collaboration with hiring managers.
● Assist managers in the selection and hiring process, including preparing employment offers, employment agreements, and new hire communications.
● Coordinate and administer employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new employees are integrated into company policies, procedures, and workplace practices.
● Maintain and update human resources information systems (HRIS) and employee records to ensure accurate and confidential documentation of personnel information.
● Administer and support employee benefits programs, including benefit plan enrollment, changes, annual renewals, and open enrollment communications.
● Provide guidance to employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
● Coordinate and support employee performance evaluation processes, including distributing evaluation forms, training staff on procedures, and ensuring timely completion of performance reviews.
● Assist in administering employee leave programs, including preparing required documentation and coordinating communication between employees and management.
● Prepare HR reports and maintain documentation to support HR planning, compliance, and internal management reporting.
● Liaise with external HR consultants or service providers when required to support HR programs and special projects.
● Assist with payroll coordination and HR administrative processes to ensure accurate employee information and timely processing.
● Plan and organize company engagements.
I do not have supervisory position as I was reporting directly to the HR Supervisor.
