help with steps to apply PR. Please!

Hi there,

I have been searching but I can;t understand the steps or process to apply PR.

You need to apply PNP first then you get a certificate to apply for Federal ? isn't Federal is the same with Express Entry?
I am really really confused. Please explain the detail steps to obtain a PR card

Express Entry is an electronic application intake system for Federal Skilled Works program, Canada Experience Class, Federal Skilled Trades program and SOME stream of Provincial Nominee Program.

There are basically two types of PNP streams, Express Entry and traditional.

To qualify Express Entry PNP streams, you must qualify one of the FSW,CEC, FST and the requirements of each EE PNP streams that set by provinces.
Once you nominated by EE PNP streams, you will get 600 points in your Express Entry profile, which means you will receive invitations to apply at next draw.

To qualify traditional PNP streams, you just need to meet the requirements of regular PNP streams. After nomination, you will receive an nomination certificate, you need to file a PAPER application to federal government with nomination certificate.

Express entry (independent)
