If you pple normally read my posts then you shall realise that i have always cautioned against over documentation and this just one of them.

Did they ask you for salary statement (monthly payslip)?

What for,for who,to justify what?As far as finances are concerned the bigest requirement is the bank statement.

Pls narrow down to what you have.

Salary statement is mandatory for Bangladeshi applicants if he/she/the sponsor is a job holder. I don't know about other places. And for finances, the biggest requirement is not the bank statement. It can be bank statement, FDR, saving bonds, etc. Salary statement is a supporting document for people holding jobs.
