Hi
I am so excited and anxious to apply for citizenship. I will complete my 1095 days on Jan 2nd 2014 ( physical presence) . How long you guys suggest to wait before I send it? I was going to wait till 1106 days.

Also when is the best time to pay the fee? like how long before I send my application? is it called Adult Grant of Citizenship - Processing and Right of Citizenship fees ??

I have a BA in English Literature from a university abroad and was completed successfully ( My average was 59%) as a proof of language , do they ask for s specific average for proof of language ?

I appreciate any advise.

1106 days is enough, but you can never have too big a margin.

That's the correct fee.

You can only use your foreign degree as proof of language proficiency if it is explicitly stated that the programme was taught in English or French.
