Help with Outland spouse sponsor

I was wondering if someone could help me. I am sponsoring my American husband Outland. We are trying to do his 10 year timeline and are finding it hard. He works on cruise ships and has travelled sooooo much in the last 19 years. How important is it to have EXACT dates? We know around when times were, but not exact for all? Also wondering how detailed to get with the whole "how did your relationship develop?"


Oh and....... When it asks about when we met each other's family, do they mean the first time? We've been around each others family hundreds of times!

Just do the best you can, but explain exactly as you have done here as to why you are having difficulty with all those dates.

How detailed you get depends on you. If you feel you have a strong case like we did, well then our relationship story was only 3 sentences long. On the other hand, you may feel you need to strengthen your case with a long story.

Yes, they mean when you met them for the first time.
