Help with Official Transcript and sealed Transcript in University Envelope

Hi everyone,

went thru all the threads and didn't find an answer to my question.
I have completed my Bachelors and Masters from an Australian University.
I want to know what is the difference between Official Transcript and sealed transcript in University envelope.
My university can mail me Official Transcript as many times as I request.
My visa office would be New Delhi, India.
