Help with Noc Code - 2171 or 2172

I am slightly confused on the closest noc code that is suitable for the job description below from my reference letter. Could anyone help so I do not make any mistake.

Job Duties: System Support
  • Provide administration and operational support of all business systems, including the use of mobile technology in conjunction with these systems.
  • Ensure best practice methods are used for system administration, ensuring integrity and security of company data.
  • Provide operational support and advice to the organisation, advising on best use of business systems.
  • Help to resolve issues when the business systems experience difficulties/issues of a technical nature.
  • Ensure all performance reports developed from our systems are to the right definition and are accessible.
  • Design and develop reports& dashboards, to ensure we have a high quality information service in place, to enable the business to have access to key data and information about activity and performance.

  • Provide training to staff around the organisation in the use of the various systems in place and create and manage documentation for systems and processes and own the ongoing maintenance of this documentation.

  • Work within the Business Solutions team to ensure that operational knowledge of all business systems is shared within the team, specifically to maintain operational cover across the team.
  • Produce written and qualified procedures for system administration and process management, ensuring documentation is up to date.
    Development

  • Support the Business Solutions Manager in participating in performance clinics in areas of the business where performance is below target with the aim of correcting performance, through the use of LEAN.
  • Work with Managers on the redesign of systemised versions of processes, primarily on Orchard Housing but as applicable on other workflow enabled systems.
  • Participate in corporate projects to improve, enhance and implement technology to support the business.
  • Redesign and document re-engineered processes.
  • Advise and participate in implementing system changes and upgrades, ensuring proper testing
    delivers controlled implementations.
  • Create, review and edit designs, requirements, specifications, business processes and
    recommendations related to supporting the work of the company.
  • Build new processes within Orchard Housing or any other applicable business system.
  • To work collaboratively within and across the business ensuring dependencies, risks and
    issues are registered and understood.
    Other
  • Work closely with the ICT Team members to provide support & advice to company staff and general business users.
  • Provide support to the Business Solutions Manager on other applications as required.
  • Maintain a good working knowledge of all relevant IT systems.
  • To identify ways to remove disadvantage, discrimination and inequality when providing
    services to customers.
  • To undertake any other tasks necessary in support of company within time, quality and
    budget.

What did you select? I am also confused in the USA I was SAP Business Analyst (IT application systems) which is 2171 but now here in Canada I work as SAP Master Data manager and below are my duties. Can you tell which NOC I should use? I currently picked 2172.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and lead SAP continuous improvement projects in conjunction with Canadian manufacturing sites and serving as the key contact to our US IT partners.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and key users across multiple departments and sites to define and implement data flows, policies, procedures, controls, and programs.
  • Act as the gatekeeper for master data additions and alterations to ensure data accuracy, completeness, reliability, and compliance with business requirements across all business functions.
  • Support functional groups in resolving data quality issues through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies.
  • Periodically review all master data, customer data, and vendor data to ensure data integrity and generate relevant metrics upon completion.
  • Learn, document, and create key SAP processes, policies, functions, reports, transactions, and tables.
  • Develop and implement consistent standard operating procedures, processes, and policies for creating, changing, reviewing, and extending master data.
  • Perform intermediate to advanced data entry duties in a highly time-sensitive environment.
