help with IMM5406 E adittional family info outside canada

i dont get this form... i am married--- do i have to sign in the space of section A?

... I don't see what's confusing about it. You sign that section if you "do not have a spouse or a common-law partner, ex-spouse or former common-law partner". Since you DO have a spouse, you do NOT sign that section.
