Hello, i am planing to apply for immigration in federal skilled worker program starting in may 2013, i have appeared in ielts GT 23march 2013 and my results are

Writing 7.0
Listening 7.0
Reading 6.5
Speaking 5.5

Overall Average 6.5

Can i apply for immigration or not? Plz help me with my results, thanks

Nope, a minimum of 6 in each module.
