Help with GCMS notes

Under activity “17” in my GCMS notes there’s the following that confuses me.

Sub-activity/Activity Type: Biographic
Field Name: Status
New Value: Submit - Delayed

Does this mean there are some issues with my application? I have a bit of trouble understanding the notes, as they’re not very detailed and for most part there are no dates sites for as to when the notes/“activities” were written.

Sometimes, sure. What this likely means is that a report from somewhere is delayed - but that's me just directly reading what you've posted. It may be a report from somewhere else, or another government department? But I'm just guessing here - I have no clue.

Okay! Yeah, I guess when there’s such lack of detail it can only be guesswork at this point. Thanks anyways, though!
