Help with GCMS Notes

I recently got the GCMS for PGP sponsorship of my mom. I have a question with one of the notes that is saying Case pending officer review. Can somebody help dissect what's the hold up? They have not requested any document or had any correspondence since receiving the AOR. Thanks in advance!

It hasn't even been one year since you applied. Your application seems to being processed at a normal pace. Actually would say your application is being processed quickly.

I just looked at your profile. Seems like you only landed in 2015 so how did you have 3 years of LICO? Are you from Quebec?

I was under a FSW (work permit) since 2013. So I even have 4 years of LICO.

I am comparing my pace to those as same timeline as mine. I know it is a case to case basis but pace-wise I am relatively behind for they are already getting medical request and I have not even got an SA approval.

just wondering how is your case now? I got similar notes and same question. Why they hold the case? What are they waiting for?
