I was wondering if someone could help me under stand what was written in my notes in terms of the Conditions listed.

Here’s my timeline:
I originally applied for Summer 2021, but has since submitted a new LOA reflecting my start date say January 2021.
Applied with my husband: June 26th
Biometrics Done: September 1st
AIP: September 2nd
Still awaiting our approvals.
My DLI is on the list.
