Bro its not being Greyed out, A lot of people facing the problem,
if your forms is being greyed out, please share the link of the form, we are all using from the CIC site (June 2014 Form)

It worked for me... if you fill the form from beginning then it will turn grey...

One question regarding Q.13) current country of residence

When I put India as current country, the period column i.e [From - To] became grey...
Should I leave it blank or put dates in that boxes?

it is because you put in the box CITIZEN...then cic is not concerned with the duration of the stay..change it to VISITOR and then you can fill the from and to dates

if you are citizen it will grey out ..so please leave them blank..
i did in my application

Regarding the question 12 in the form

i am filling up this form IMM0008ENU_2D

dont remember the link when i downloaded it.
i put in queston 10..relationship status to principal applicant..spouse...dependent type is greyed out in question 12.

try to change it to child..and it will be alive again...

can you share the link which form you are filling??
