HELP with ATIP/GCMS notes

Hope someone can help, I applied for notes on July 7 but so far have not received anything from CIC. I sent in 2 e-mails to get status update or why they were not processed and got NO replies either. Anyone know what to do? where to call? I cant find any number but only found a e-mail to send inquiries to but they havent replied.

When you applied did you receive a confirmation email? If so the info is on there. If not something went wrong

Yes, I did receive confirmation. I got the tracking number and payment receipt number. I tried to contact them through the e-mail they tel l you to contact once its past the 31 days. But they are not replying e-mails.

reapply, its 5 bucks.
give them same e-mail as u have given to cic in application.
did u clicked option carefully

We applied for ours on 24 July, 2016. They said it takes 30 days. Let's hope so.

I ordered mine on July 11, 2016 and have not received anything yet either. I think its probably a normal delay.

I sent my request on July 11,2016 too and on Aug 14,2016 I sent them an email only to receive a disappointing answer because of a new consent form,
"The consent provided does not authorize you to receive your spouse’s information. To be valid, a consent must be signed, recently dated, contain the printed name of the person giving consent and identifies you as the designated individual. Therefore, a new consent from XXXXXX is required to process your request. You may fill the following consent form and put XXXXXXXX’s information in section A and your information (YYYYYYYYY) in section C:
Make sure you use a new form!!!

I sent a follow up request on Friday, but did not receive any response yet.

I sent in three follow up emails and they didnt bother to respond to even one. Even requested(pretty much begged for an update) but NO REPLY. The least they can is say there is delay or something or will get it in the next few weeks or something. These CIC people are frustrating.
