Hi guys. I am helping my friend regarding his BOWP issue and his son.
So my friend Kim is a provincial nominee and recently received a request for RPRF. His current work permit is expired on
July 25 2015, and so does his dependent 18 year old boy.
He needs to apply for BOWP. My concern is his son who is a going to take grade 12 in September
but the son is going to become 19 in July. So I wonder whether Kim can have his son as dependent when he applies for the BOWP or not. Whether his son has a possilibty of being rejected to get a visa under his father, so he needs to apply for a study permit later.
Please help me friends!!
