Not sure, if this is NOC 1221 Administrative officers. I worked for a university in student services...

First point of contact for students, visitors and other customers and to deal with requests and enquiries as appropriate;
Assisted with the induction, orientation and registration sessions for new students, including giving welcome talks, checking paperwork, organising campus cards, health registration and police registration;
Advised students where to get further help or advice. if unable to give the appropriate advice; liaising where necessary with the student support services both within the centre and outwith;
Managed the allocation and day to day running of accommodation
Managed all accommodation queries and issues
Organised a meet and greet service where applicable;
liaised with agents, sponsors and admissions staff to ensure that student-related processes are correctly followed and accurate records are kept;
Kept students informed of activities and developments within the centre;
Assisted with the preparation and delivery of paperwork for students (e.g. bank letters and visas);
Planned and delivered the social programme for students in the centre
Communicated with external agencies in relation to social events
Kept abreast of issues affecting international students (e.g. immigration requirements);
Covered the welcome desk and reception (when required)

Can anyone advise? what the NOC is?

You have to decide by yourself based on what was written in NOC 1221, if you feel confident that your basic jobs match those written in the NOC then go for it .. Becoz you will be the best judge of your work and can modulate your job responsibilities as per the NOC that you have chosen .
