I am from Lima, Peru. I have just gotten a refusal from Canada Embassy for my trip from April, 19th to 29th.(2019)

I am 36 years old.
I haven´t present any trip abroad in my passport.
I presente my saving account with USD 1500.
I presented my plane tickets.
I presented a document from my Company. ( which says that I going to visit Canada from 19th to 29th )

Reasons of refusal:

• I am not satisfied that you have sufficient funds, including income or assets, to carry out your stated purpose in coming to Canada or to maintain yourself while in Canada and to effect your departure.

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your travel history.

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

Things I will correct:

To the first point:
I will increase my saving account in 6 000 USD
plus I going to attached a contract of the purchased of an apartment ( future apartment - in construction)

to the Second Point:
I only once traveled abroad to Chile in 2015. I will present my old passport, where it appears.

Please could you give some advise, I´ve already bought plane tickets for April 19th - 2019

Kind Regards

Where will the extra cash come from? Is it from another one of your own accounts? If not, how do you plan to prove it is yours? Income requirements is not just about how much you have but how you got it. Your account funds must make sense in according to how much you make from your job. If they don’t, then IRCC will k ow you simply borrowed or gotten the money from someone else.

Ok I am agreed.

I am in the process of buyng an apartment. All my savings went to that and I am in the porcess of geting a Loan.

Since 2010 I was openings Time deposit until I got USD 35,000.00 in January, 2019. I have past papers , mails from financial institutions. But All the saving were cancelled in order to buy the aparment.

The only thing I could you is borrow from my sister USD 6 000.

Here in Peru Canada Embassy dont give an interview, only received the papers.
