Help urgently i need guidance with gic !!!!

I have send gic funds two times to scotia bank first time on 7th feb it got rejected because of an address issue and I processed the second fund on 17th February now it has been 10 days when I contacted scotia helpline they said they haven’t received any funds from my end. Don’t know where the funds are. Please if anyone have faced same issues before or anyone who can help me regarding this please let me know what to do next

I did resolve the address issue before 17th February transfer
